APPG Independent Education

The APPG has now ceased operation after the 2019-2024 Parliament was dissolved.

The All Party Parliamentary Group (‘APPG’) was formed in the 2017 Parliament and renewed in this Parliament following the General Election in December 2019. It is the voice for the independent education sector in Parliament – and to Parliament – and thereby to Government. Through the Independent Schools Council, which provides the secretariat for the APPG, it is also a voice for Parliamentarians into the sector.
